What is the restriction on SAR (peak in any one kilogram) for scans greater than 30 mins, for the head? the trunk? the limbs?

Head: 2 Wkg-1.
Trunk: 4 Wkg-1.
Limbs: 6 Wkg-1.
The restrictions on the maximum local temperature are 38 °C, 39 °C and 40 °C respectively.
