What happens in k-space? This tool allows you to choose changes to be made to a k-space data set. The result of these changes is seen and discussed.
The small spike can be seen a few pixels to the left and slightly up from the centre of k-space. The periodicity of the artefact is low because the spike is near the centre of k-space. The artefact is not as pronounced as that produced by a large central RF spike.
